Luo Ran, born in Lanzhou, Gansu Province in 1992, graduated from the Lacquer Art Major of China Academy of Fine Arts in 2014, and graduated from the Lacquer Art Major of China Academy of Fine Arts in 2018. His work content is to focus on the current visual scene and the logic behind the generation of various scenes. He regards this kind of attention and exploration as a game, in which the artist can become both an experienced player and a producer of the game. The interest is to constantly discover and create secret and complex colored eggs. In the context similar to the uniform linear motion, he transformed the way in which things are intervened in the virtual software into the working logic that can be carried out in painting with different tool characteristics, re-edited the boundaries between different dimensions, and tried to discuss a kind of rhythm, movement, association, boundary and order suspended in reality. His works have been collected by X Museum,Sifang Art Museum and other institutions.
