Lauren Quin lives and works in Los Angeles. She graduated with an MFA from Yale School of Art in 2019, attended Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in the summer of 2017, and earned her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2015. She has exhibited in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New Haven, Stockholm, with solo exhibitions at Loyal (Stockholm), Harkawik (Los Angeles), Friends Indeed (San Francisco), and group exhibitions at Smart Objects (Los Angeles), and Blum and Poe (Los Angeles).
